One alleged con man set up a bogus Red Cross web site to collect banking details, on the pretence that money will be sent to victims of the N’Orleans disaster. Not with out precedence as the same story recounts how the VBSun worm was propagated via emails pleading for people to help with the recent tsunami disaster in Asia.
