I'm indebted to the Wonkette Web portal for reporting that Kwame Kilpatrick - described by the media as the laughable clown of a mayor of Detroit in the US - has blamed hackers for gaining access to his mobile and generating sexy text messages to his chief of staff.
According to the Wonkette portal, his lawyers (the case has gone to court? -Ed) are now saying that the prosecution must prove that it was Kilpatrick that generated the text, rather than hackers.
